An important aspect of <br />the maintenance is the cleaning of concrete areas with high pedestrian and <br />vehicle traffic. <br />On May. 3, 2004, the City Council awarded a contract to Superior Property <br />Services, Inc. for a two-year period with provision for two, one-year <br />renewals. The vendor has performed satisfactorily during the past contract <br />period and has agreed to renew the contract without an increase in pricing. <br />Staff recommends the first renewal of the contract. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funds are available in the Police Building & Facilities Other Contractual <br />Services account (account no. 11-350-6291). <br />APPROVED AS TO FUNDS AND ACCOUNTS: <br />V i <br />Paul M.
