UPRR agreed to these <br />improvements with the condition that the City share the actual <br />construction costs. The original estimated share prepared by UPRR was <br />$58,301. Improvements are now complete and the actual costs of the <br />improvements were $77,130. Staff recommends this amendment to provide <br />the additional funding for the City's share of the improvements. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />Environmental Review No. 2003-91 has been completed and a Categorical <br />Exemption has been filed for this project pursuant to the California <br />Environmental Quality Act. <br />25R-1 <br />
