Direct the City Attorney to prepare and authorize a contract with the Christian Latino Association of Music and Arts (proj ect RYTMO) to provide training to Santa Ana youth to prepare them for entry into the music industry through June 30, 2007, in the amount of $84,952. 2. Direct the City Attorney to prepare and authorize a contract with the Orange County Youth Commission to provide basic skills training and lessons in the art of boxing to Santa Ana youth through June 30, 2007, in the amount of $77,147. WORKFORCE INVESTMENT BOARD RECOMMENDATION 1.
