N . 0 -091) <br />CITY MANAGER <br />MANAGER <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL USE ONLY: <br />APPROVED <br />❑ As Recommended <br />❑ As Amended <br />❑ Ordinance on 1s` Reading <br />❑ Ordinance on 2"d Reading <br />❑ Implementing Resolution <br />❑ Set Public Hearing For_ <br />CONTINUED TO <br />FILE NUMBER <br />Amend the contract with Corporate Express Imaging in the amount of $25,000 <br />for an annual amount not to exceed $106,000. <br />DISCUSSION <br />The Central Stores section of the Finance and Management Services Agency <br />provides computer printer cartridges as necessary to maintain the needs of <br />various departments throughout the City. The contract is designed to <br />provide quality products at a significant savings based on quantity <br />pricing. <br />On August 19, 2002, the City Council awarded a contract to Corporate <br />Express Imaging for a two-year period with provision for two, one-year <br />renewals. The award amount was based upon prior usage and staff estimates; <br />however, current usage has exceeded staff estimates.
