("Consultant") and <br />the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipaL corporation of the State of Califurnia <br />("City"). <br /> <br />R ECIT ALS: <br /> <br />A. The parties entered into Consultant Agreement A-2004-115, dated June 7. 2004, <br />(hereinafter "said Agr~ement") by which Consultant has provided government liaison <br />services. <br /> <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br />renew said Agreement for an additional one-year period and to increase compensation <br />to pay for services during the extended term. <br /> <br />WIIEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and <br />subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this <br />Second Amendment to Cunsultant Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />l. Section I, SCOPE OF SERVLCES, shall be amended to read: <br /> <br />"During the Term from June 30. 2006 through June 30, 2007, Consultant shall <br />provide those services set forth in Exhibit A-I, allached hereto." <br /> <br />2. Section 3, TERM, shall be extended for one year, from June 30, 2006 through .lune <br />30.2007. <br /> <br />3.
