The parties entered into Agreement A-2004-220 dated October 4, 2004, (hereinafter <br />"said Agreement") by which Consultant has provided cleaning, inspecting and video <br />taping of sanitary sewers. <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br />renew said Agreement for an additional two-year period and increase compensation <br />to pay for services during the extended term. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and <br />subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this <br />Second Amendment to Consultant Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Section 2.a., COMPENSATION, shall be amended to increase total compensation to <br />provide an additional $300,000.00, annually, during the extended term from October <br />31, 2006 through October 31, 2008. <br />2. Section 3, TERM, shall be extended for an additional two-year period from October <br />31, 2006 through October 31, 2008. <br />3.
