CONTRACTOR shall insure that the evaluation <br />and treatment of employees and applicants for employment are free from such discrimination and <br />harassment. <br /> <br />(4) CONTRACTOR will include the non-discrimination and compliance provisions of this <br />Section of the Agreement in all subcontracts to perform work under this Agreement. <br />(5) CONTRACTOR will give written notice of its obligations under this Section of the <br />Agreement to labor organizations with which CONTRACTOR has a collective bargaining or other <br />agreement. <br /> <br />(6) CONTRACTOR shall furnish any and all information requested by DIRECTOR and <br />shall permit DIRECTOR access, during business hours, to books, records and accounts in order to <br />ascertain CONTRACTOR's compliance with the above non-discrimination requirements. <br />CONFIDENTIALITY <br />28. (a) Without prejudice to any other section of this Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall, where <br />applicable, maintain the confidential nature of information provided to it concerning participants in <br />accordance with the requirements of Federal and State law. However, CONTRACTOR shall submit to <br />COUNTY, the State of California and/or the United States Government or their representatives, all records <br />requested for administrative purposes, including audit, examinations, monitoring and verification of reports <br />submitted by CONTRACTOR, costs incurred and services rendered hereunder. <br />(b) CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subcontractors and volunteer <br />staff who may provide services to CONTRACTOR under this Agreement to sign an agreement with <br />CONTRACTOR before commencing the provision of any such services, to maintain the confidentiality of <br /> <br />WIA COST REIMBURSEMENT CONTRACT - REV. 6-2-06 <br /> <br />18 <br />
