All Correctiye Action <br />Plans will include a date for responding to observations, questions, concerns <br />and findings. <br /> <br />F. Common Measures: Contractor shall implement the Common Measures as <br />defined in TEGL 17-05 as information becomes ayailable from the state of <br />California. <br /> <br />G. Compliance: All funds are subject to their related State and Federal statutory and <br />regulatory requirements. These requirements are detailed in goyerning documents <br />that include, but are not limited to, the WIA and its associated federal regulations, <br />including Title 29 of the Code of Federal Regulations, State and Federal WIA <br />directiyes, and OMB Circulars. <br /> <br />VI. DELlVERABLES <br />Limited funding and limited fund life requires that expenditures and customer <br />information be reported in a timely and accurate manner, so that inefficiencies can be <br />identified, and unanticipated fund balances can be determined and reallocated to the <br />best possible use. Contractor shall submit monthly reports of expenditure data. <br />Performance data, including expenditures, will be reviewed monthly and beginning <br />with second quarter data, will be used for making comparisons, assessing <br />performance and reallocating funds. <br /> <br />A. MIS Submission/Reporting: Contractor shall adhere to MIS procedures for data <br />entry, timelines and reporting requirements (Information Notice No. 04-0CWDA-10 <br />reyised and subsequent updates) including the completion of appropriate forms <br />and information related to program performance as required. Contractor shall <br />submit timely MIS paperwork to the Administratiye Offices of OCWIB for input into <br />the JTA system. MIS paperwork and accompanying Transmittal Forms shall be <br />submitted within the specific time periods outlined in the MIS reporting and <br />timelines policy. All JTA forms must be typed and complete using the most current <br />template forms or they shall be returned to Contractor. No faxed or emailed <br />paperwork will be accepted. Mandatory review and approyal is required on all <br />paperwork submitted to the OCWIB. The One-Stop Manager or designee shall <br />initial all transmittal forms submitted to MIS for input into the JT A system. The <br />approyal signifies that the documents haye been reYiewed and are completed <br />correctly. <br />1. All updates and corrections must be clearly identified. <br />2. All forms will be returned to the Manager or designee. All returned forms <br />requiring corrections/updates must be resubmitted along with original <br />transmittal within five (5) business days of receipt <br /> <br />B. WIA Base Wage Report: Contractor shall proYide supplemental data for "exiters" <br />not found in the UI Base Wa~e File. Contractor shall be responsible for submitting <br />all supplemental data (1 st, 2n , and 3rd quarters) within seyen (7) business days of <br />the report being mailed to Contractor, when appropriate supplemental data is <br />required.
