CONTRACTOR shall ensure that all instructors involved in the training of participants are <br />qualified to instruct in the appropriate program or training component or curriculum. If necessary, such <br />instructors shall be appropriately certified by the State of California. Within thirty (30) days after the <br />execution of this Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall submit to DIRECTOR a list of the names and <br />qualifications of all instructors who will be providing such training and shall notify DIRECTOR within five <br />(5) business days of any amendments or revisions thereto. <br />PERFORMANCE STANDARDS <br /> <br />8. CONTRACTOR shall comply with and adhere to the performance accountability standards and <br />general program requirements described in Sections 136 (Performance Standards) and 195 (General <br />Program Requirements) of the Act and applicable regulations and as contained in Exhibit "C". Should the <br />Performance Requirements defined in the Agreement between the State of California and the County of <br />Orange be changed, COUNTY shall have the right to unilaterally modify this agreement to meet such <br />requirements. <br /> <br />PLANS AND PROCEDURES <br /> <br />9. CONTRACTOR shall monitor its program for compliance with the provisions of this Agreement. <br />CONTRACTOR shall also comply with all applicable parts of COUNTY's WIA Policies and Procedures for <br />recruitment, intake, assessment and referral, copies of which are available from DIRECTOR. Said <br />Policies and Procedures may be modified by DIRECTOR upon ten (10) days written notice to <br />CONTRACTOR. <br />SA TISFACTORY WORK <br /> <br />10. Services rendered hereunder are to be performed to the written satisfaction of DIRECTOR. <br />COUNTY's staff will interpret all reports and determine the quality, acceptability and progress of the <br />services rendered in accordance with the Performance Criteria listed in Exhibit "C". Inconsistencies in <br />performance will be corrected as they occur and are detected. <br />REPORTS <br /> <br />11.
