SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />IJr~l:: 9-~--O' O:CDAC2.)CC..FIQIIas) <br />THIS AMENDMENT, made and entered into this 30th day of June, 2006, by and between the <br />Centennial Heritage Museum, a California non-profit corporation ("Subrecipient"), and the City of Santa <br />Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation duly organized and existing under the Constitution and laws <br />of the State of California ("City"). <br /> <br />~/f"'" .,'. <br /> <br />, ',\.,: <br /> <br />A-2004-087 -013-02 <br /> <br />RECIIALS <br /> <br />A. The City and Subrecipient entered into that certain "Agreement Between The City of Santa <br />Ana and Centennial Heritage Museum for Use of Community Development Block Grant Funds" ("CDBG <br />Agreement" - copy attached hereto as Attachment 1 and incorporated by reference) dated May 3, 2004, to <br />use $15,000.00 in CDBG funding to introduce students to the environment and recycling, as well ,as touring <br />a historic house and learning about what life was like 100 years ago (program further described in Exhibit <br />A to Attachment 1). <br /> <br />B. The Parties executed an Amendment to extend the term of said Agreement on June 30, <br /> <br />2005. <br /> <br />C. The parties hereto now desire to extend the time period ofthe CDBG Agreement for one <br />additional year. <br /> <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises hereinafter <br />contained and made, and subject to all ofthe terms and conditions of said CDBG Agreement as hereby <br />amended, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. The "Time Period of Agreement" section of said CDBG Agreement will be extended to June <br />30,2007. <br /> <br />2. Except as hereinabove modified, all of the terms and conditions of said CDBG Agreement <br />remain unchanged and in full force and effect. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Second Amendment to said CDBG <br />Agreement the date and year first above written. <br /> <br />AT.TES~. <br />o <br />~~ -~ <br /> <br />~atricia E.
