BUSINESS CALENDAR <br /> <br />55.E. <br /> <br />ESTABLISHMENT - RIVERVIEW WEST PERMIT PARKING DISTRICT <br /> <br />Robert Henson, Sr., and Dave Lopez expressed support for the establishment of the Riverview <br />West Permit Parking District. <br /> <br />Mayor Pulido requested staff make a presentation to the Community Oriented Policing (COP) <br />organization detailing the permit parking procedures. <br /> <br />In response to Councilmember McGuigan's inquiry, Public Works Agency Executive Director Jim <br />Ross indicated staff would inform residents of the multi-family buildings located in the 500 block <br />of S.
