CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Motion: 1. Award a contract to All American Asphalt, the lowest responsible <br />bidder, in accordance with unit bid prices in the estimated <br />amount of $3,090,348 for construction of Civic Center Drive <br />Rehabilitation and Lowell Sewer Main Improvements. <br />2.
