L. . l' ~ ' . <br />D#F: '?-~'C' <br />U', lbhc.e (z.) <br />Boh ~er <br /> <br />A-2006-219 <br /> <br />THIRD AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR PROVISION <br />OF COMPUTER SUPPORT SERVICES <br /> <br />THIS THIRD AMENDMENT made and entered into this 21 sl day of August, 2006, by and between <br />the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation duly organized and existing under the <br />Constitution and laws of the State of Cali fomi a ("City"), and Northrop Grumman Public Safety, Inc. <br />("Consultant"). <br /> <br />RE.GIIAL.s <br /> <br />A. The City and the Consultant entered Agreement A-2003-I88, dated September 2nd 2003, <br />hereinafter referred to as "said Agreement", by which Consultant has provided service and maintenance for <br />Digital Hardware operating systems software services. <br /> <br />B. The parties hereto now desire to renew the Term and increase Compensation terms of said <br />Agreement in order to provide continuous uninterrupted services under the terms of said Agreement. <br /> <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises hereinafter <br />contained and made, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of said Agreement as hereby amended, the <br />parties hereto do hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. Section 2, COMPENSATION, shall be amended to increase compensation in an amount not to <br />exceed $75,000.00 during the term of this extension, <br /> <br />2. Section 3, TERM, shall be amended to extend the termination date for an additional one-year <br />period, to terminate on August 31,2007. <br /> <br />3. Except as hereinabove modified, the terms and conditions of said Agreement and all Exhibits <br />thereto remain unchanged and in full force and effect. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Amendment to said Agreement <br />the date and year first above written. <br /> <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />AT.
