necessary to define a sound and complete agreement. <br />XVII INFORMATION REQUIRED FROM CONSULTANTS <br />Proposals shall be submitted in the format as described below: <br />Organization and Credentials <br />Provide a synopsis of the consultant's qualifications and past experience. <br />Work Plan <br />Provide a narrative rendition of the technical work plan. Show how all <br />required tasks are to be completed. <br />Staffing <br />The consultant shall identify their Project Manager as well as other key <br />personnel to be assigned to the project, their qualifications, education, <br />representative experience, and their capability to explore and resolve <br />problems. <br />Subconsultants <br />Identification is required of any contemplated subconsultants to be used <br />during the project, with the identification of personnel to be assigned, their <br />qualifications, education, and representative experience. <br />XVIII SUPPLIED TO OFFEROR <br />Consultant compensation shall be on a "fixed fee" basis and shall include all <br />items described in the scope of work on this project and shall reflect all costs <br />for office overhead, including phones, cellular phones, vehicles, mileage and <br />other direct and indirect costs. Also, the fee proposal shall reflect all <br />anticipated fee increases during contract duration. <br />The consultant team shall submit a fee estimate based upon: <br />• The tasks to be performed. <br />• A breakdown of the employees and professionals to be assigned to the <br />tasks, the average hourly rates of each, and the man-hour cost <br />assigned. <br />• The project fee costs. <br />Consultant may submit a revised fee schedule at the beginning of the <br />calendar year for any adjustments to the hourly rates. The City must approve <br />the revised hourly rates in writing prior to the revised rates taking effect. The <br />consultant may be required to submit supporting back-up documentation for <br />the revised fee schedule changes. <br />14 <br />
