I STAFFING AND SUBCONSULTANTS Tetra Tech has assembled a Project Team that possesses the knowledge, experience and enthusiasm necessary to successfully complete the project. The Project Team is devoted to completing your project within schedule and under budget, and not only meet, but exceed your expectations. The following paragraphs summarize the qualifications of our key project staff. Project Manager: Leading our Project Team is Mr. Tom Epperson, P.E. Mr. Epperson will provide the overall project direction and coordination, technical oversight, quality management and provide all day-to-day contact with the City staff. Mr. Epperson has been involved in a number of projects for the City, as noted below: • San Lorenzo Sewer Lift Station • Elevated Tank Safety Modifications and Painting • John Garthe Reservoir — Phase 2 • Well No. 39 • South Station Booster Pump Station • Well No. 14 and No. 34 Modifications In addition, Tom has been involved in the design and/or construction engineering of the following pipeline replacement projects: • City of Torrance Water Main Replacements (2005/06, 2002/03, 182nd and 2000) • City of Anaheim Londerry Lane and Tumbleweed Road Water Main Replacement • I-5 Waterline Relocations for the City of Anaheim • City of Tustin Water Main Replacements (1995/96 and 1996/97) • Broadway and Magnolia Trunk Sewer Replacements for Long Beach Water Department • Relocations for Eastern Transportation Corridor for Silverado Contractors • Oso/Trabuco Creek Crossing for Moulton Niguel Water District • Cabot Road Pipelines for Moulton Niguel Water District Mr. Mark Bush, P.E. will be the Project Engineer for the water/sewer main improvements. Mr. Bush has been involved in almost all of the City projects (listed above) that Mr. Epperson has been the Project Manager on. Mr. Bush has been the Project Engineer for the following similar projects: Water Main Replacement Projects for City of Torrance • Magnolia Trunk Sewer Replacement for Long Beach Water Department • Pacific Park Recycled Water Pipelines for Moulton Niguel Water District Ms. Erica Jenkins will be the Design Engineer for the water/sewer main improvements.
