WATER RATE STRUCTURE REVISION <br /> <br />Motion: Adopt resolution. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 96-036 - A resolution of the City Council of the City of Santa Aha <br />establishing conservation-based water rates, standby service charges, water service <br />installation charges and charges for the installation of new water mains and front <br />footage charges for connection to existing water mains for which no payment has <br />been made previously, effective January 1, 1997 - Public Works Agency <br /> FILE CA <br /> <br />75.B.8. <br /> <br />REVISIONS - CURBSIDE REFUSE COLLECTION RATES AND RECYCLING <br />PROGRAM <br /> <br />Motion: <br /> <br />Amend Resolution 96-032 and Agreement 96-036 as necessary to provide for <br />the following: <br /> <br />Deletion of 1% increase in curbside rates and program surcharge fee <br /> <br />2. Adopt resohttions. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 96-032 - A resolution of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />to revise the City's curbside refuse collection rate effective July 1, 1996 - Public <br />Works Agency FILE CA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 96-033 - A resolution of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />providing for the financing of the City of Santa Aha recycling project and approving <br />the execution and delivery of certain documents in connection therewith - Public <br />Works agency FILE BOND <br /> <br />Authorize the City Attorney to prepare and the Mayor and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute agreement. <br /> <br />RECYCLING PROGRAM REVISIONS AND PROGRAM SURCHARGE - With <br />Great Western Reclamation extending the current contract through June 2008 - <br />Public Works Agency AGMT 96-036 <br /> <br />4.
