Motorcycle spaces. <br /> <br />Any site which has five hundred (500) or more parking spaces shall provide, for the first <br />five hundred (500) spaces and one (1) for each two hundred fifty (250) spaces thereafter, a <br />seventeen-foot by eighteen-foot motorcycle parking area, bordered by bumper guards or <br />concrete curb to preclude automobile access to such area.
