Golf driving ranges. <br /> <br />The minimum off-street parking requirements for golf driving ranges are as follows: one <br />(1) space per driving tee. <br /> <br />(Ord. No. NS-2091, ~ 1, 11-19-90; Ord. No. NS-2340, ~ 25,12-15-97) <br /> <br />Sec. 41~1371. Golf courses, bowling alleys and batting cages. <br /> <br />(a) The minimum off-street parking requirements for golf courses, including miniature <br />golf courses, bowling alleys and batting cages are as follows: three (3) spaces per hole, <br />alley or cage. <br /> <br />(b) In addition, off-street parking for restaurants and other retail, service or <br />recreational uses appurtenant to a golf course, bowling alley or batting cage shall be <br />provided at a rate of seventy-five (75) percent of the requirements of this article for such <br />uses. <br /> <br />(Ord. Theaters and auditoriums. <br /> <br />(a) The minimum off-street parking requirements for movie theaters, stage theaters <br />and auditoriums are as follows: one (1) space for each three (3) fixed seats, plus one (1) <br />space for each twenty-eight (28) square feet of assembly area. <br /> <br />(b) Theaters and auditoriums shall also provide a passenger loading/unloading zone. <br /> <br />(Ord. No. NS-2091, ~ 1, 11-19-90) <br /> <br />Sec. 41~1373. Stadiums, skating rinks, gymnasiums, sports arenas, convention <br />facilities, etc. <br /> <br />(a) The minimum off-street parking requirements for stadiums, skating rinks, <br />gymnasiums, sports arenas, meeting and convention facilities, and similar places of <br />public assembly are as follows: one (1) space for each four (4) fixed seats, plus one (1) <br />space for each twenty-eight (28) square feet of assembly area. <br /> <br />(b) Stadiums, skating rinks, gymnasiums, sports arenas, meeting and convention <br />facilities and similar places of public assembly shall also provide a passenger <br />loading/unloading zone. <br /> <br />(Ord.
