(c} In addition to the requirements of subsection (a) of this section, senior. citizen establishments shall provide guest parking spaces, identified as such, in an amount not less than fifteen (15) percent of the minimum number of spaces required under subsection (a) of this section. Such guest parking spaces shall be open and outside of any secured area. (Ord. No. NS-2091, § 1, 11-19-90) Sec. 41-1326. Bed and breakfast establishments. The minimum off-street parking requirements for bed and breakfast establishments are as follows: one (1) space for each guest room, plus two (2) enclosed spaces for the operator of the establishment. The minimum off-street parking requirements for fraternity and sorority houses and dormitories are as follows: one (1) space for each two (2) beds or one (1) space for each eighty (80) square feet of sleeping area, whichever is greater. (a) The minimum off-street parking requirements for trailer or mobile home parks are as follows: two (2) spaces for each trailer unit.
