Public utility substations and communication facilities. <br />The minimum off-street parking requirements for public utility substations and <br />communication facilities are as follows: one (1) combination parking space and <br />loading/unloading zone. <br />(Ord. Rectories, prioriies, convents and other residential accessory <br />church uses. <br />The minimum off-street parking requirements for rectories, priories, convents and other <br />residential accessory church uses are as follows: one (1) garage space per bedroom, plus <br />spaces for guest parking equal to twenty-five (25) percent of the total required for nonguest <br />parking. <br />(Ord. Unspecified uses. <br />(a) The minimum off-street parking requirements for any use conducted in a building <br />which cannot reasonably be considered aswithin the scope of any other section of this <br />article setting minimum parking space requirements are as follows: five (5) spaces for <br />each one thousand (1,000) square feet of gross floor area. <br />(b) The minimum off-street parking requirements for any use conducted outside of a <br />building which cannot reasonably be considered as within the scope of any other section <br />of this article shall be determined by the planning director.
