(P.C., 9/11 /06) <br />RESOLUTION <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF <br />THE RELOCATION PLAN FOR THE BRISTOL STREET <br />WIDENING PROJECT, BETWEEN PINE STREET AND <br />McFADDEN AVENUE <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby finds, determines <br />and declares as follows: <br />A. Over the next 18-months, the Public Works Agency anticipates completing <br />the acquisitions of over 80 parcels for the Bristol Street Widening Project <br />between Pine Street and McFadden Avenue. <br />1. Section 6012 of the California Code of Regulations, Title 25, <br />Chapter 6, requires the adoption of a Relocation Plan due to the <br />displacement of 53 residential and 23 business occupants. <br />2. A Draft Resolution Plan was made available for public review for 30 <br />days beginning August 16, 2006 <br />3. Each potential displaced occupant was give written notification <br />regarding the Plan's availability and his/her opportunity to submit <br />questions and comments. <br />4. The Plan was made available for review at the City libraries, the <br />City Clerks office and at the Public Works counter. <br />5. The Notice of Availability was posted in a local newspaper of <br />general circulation for four consecutive weeks. <br />Section 2. The City Council hereby adopts this resolution approving the <br />implementation of the Relocation Plan for the Bristol Street Widening Project, between <br />Pine Street and McFadden Avenue. <br />Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by <br />the City Council, and the Clerk of the Council shall attest to and certify the vote adopting <br />this Resolution. <br />Resolution No. 2006-XXX <br />55A-3 Page 1 of 2 <br />
