Staff members from the <br />Public Works Agency and the Parks, Recreation and Community Services <br />Agency evaluated the proposals. Each firm was rated according to its <br />qualifications, past experience and capacity to perform the required <br />work. RJM Design Group <br /> <br />83 <br />81 <br /> <br />The fee rate schedules for these firms were compared. The rates are <br />consistent, reasonable and in line with staff's estimate.
