<br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Contractor shall provide general cunsulting services regarding the City's Payroll application, <br />Oracle database and supporting programs. The majority of these servi(.,;es will be conducted by <br />the Contractor rernokl)' using VPN access to the City's network or by phone. The Contractor <br />may he requested to come to the City for special support such as during the \veekend of the <br />Payroll application upgraue. This request will be made through the Applications Systems <br />Manager or the Manager of Information Services. <br /> <br />Services to be compensated at the rate of$85.00 per hour. <br /> <br />7 <br />
