<br />STAFF REPORTS <br /> <br />Deborah Sanchez reported that the Department of Housing and Urban Development <br />(HUD) accepted the program modification for the Boys and Girls Club previously <br />approved by the SAEC board. <br /> <br />Cesar Cedeno gave a report on the program monitoring reports <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT INFRASTRUCTURE, PHASE IV <br />FINAL REPORT <br /> <br />Motion to reconsider Item # 4 (Bacigalupo~Medrano) relative to the Research and <br />Development Infrastructure, Phase IV final report was unanimously approved. <br /> <br />Director Bacigalupo further moved, seconded by Director Medrano, that the Phase IV <br />final report submitted by the Santa Ana Chamber of Commerce be approved and staff <br />authorized to release final payment upon satisfaction that the following conditions have <br />been met: <br /> <br />1. The report is amended to clarify that it is the final report of the Santa Ana <br />Empowerment Corporation (SAEC) and as such is the property of the <br />SAEC and shall contain the SAEC logo <br /> <br />2. The report contain a statement that it may not be reproduced without the <br />express permission of the Executive Director of the SAEC or designee, and <br /> <br />3.
