CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Community Development Agency Executive Director Cindy Nelson explained that federal HOME <br />funds were available for acquisition and rehabilitation of the project. However, she was not <br />certain adequate funds were available for tenant relocation and replacement housing if the desire <br />was to demolish the structure. <br />Motion: I. Approve, with condition that staff determine whether sufficient funds are <br />available for property acquisition, tenant relocation and demolition. <br />Acquisition of property at 815 N.
