incorporated herein by this reference (the "Project Schedule"), <br />which Project Schedule may be changed in accordance with the <br />Changes Orders and Modifications clauses hereof. Unless earlier <br />terminated as provided for in Section 7.3 hereof, this Agreement <br />will remain in effect from the Effective Date until all tasks set <br />forth in the Statement of Work have been fully completed, all <br />materials set forth in the Project Deliverables have been <br />delivered and all amounts payable hereunder have been paid in <br />full. All work tasks described in the Statement of Work (Exhibit <br />A) shall be completed not later than the last date/event <br />presented on the Project Schedule (Exhibit C). <br />Primary Agreement Page 3 <br />
