Application from functioning in accordance <br />with the RFP response and the published <br />specifications pertaining thereto. <br />(e) "Software Error Correction" shall mean, with <br />respect to any TriTech Application, a <br />computer software change to correct an Error <br />in, and integrated into, such TriTech <br />Application, in accordance with TriTech's <br />Software Error correction procedures <br />contained in Exhibit E. Software Error <br />Corrections are provided at no additional <br />cost during the warranty period or any <br />extended support period. <br />(f) "Object Code" shall mean computer programs <br />assembled or compiled from Source Code in <br />magnetic or electronic binary form on <br />software media, which are readable and usable <br />by machines, but not generally readable by <br />humans without reverse -assembly, reverse - <br />compiling, or reverse -engineering. <br />(g) "Source Code" shall mean computer programs <br />written in higher -level programming <br />languages, sometimes accompanied by English <br />language comments. Source Code is <br />intelligible to trained programmers and may <br />be translated to Object Code for operation on <br />computer equipment through the process of <br />compiling. <br />(h) "Third -Party Products" shall mean all <br />software and hardware components specified in <br />the Project Deliverables and delivered by <br />TriTech under this Agreement for integration <br />into the System other than the TriTech <br />Applications. <br />(i) "TriTech Application" shall mean any TriTech- <br />developed software provided herein, and all <br />modules corresponding thereto developed by <br />the Contractor and delivered to the City <br />under this Agreement and in accordance with <br />the Specifications relating thereto, <br />including all Software Error corrections <br />thereto, all Derivative Works thereof, and <br />all related Documentation. <br />(j) "Update" means revisions or additions to the <br />TriTech Applications provided hereunder. The <br />term "Update" does not include separate <br />modules or functions that are separately <br />licensed and price, or new products that are <br />Primary Agreement Page 5 <br />
