• Design and produce five - hundred copies of the Player Handbook/Phonebook • Design and produce five - hundred (500) participant and observer badges • Create and produce fifty (50) copies of the Fast Facts document for use by the simulations cell, controllers, and evaluators • Identify and provide fifteen (15) exercise controllers for a 2 -day period • Develop and produce registration materials for the FE • Conduct controller, evaluator, and simulations cell training. • Analyze the completed evaluation forms, participant evaluation forms, and hot wash debrief comments to produce a post - exercise AAR • Prepare and submit a draft AAR within 45 days of exercise completion. Final AAR will be delivered no later than 60 days after exercise completion. • Prepare five (5) hard copies and one (1) CD -ROM copy of the AAR Hospital Mass Casualty or Decontamination Drill • Coordinate and facilitate three drill planning meetings, and submit planning meeting summaries to the exercise design team • Develop and reproduce 25 copies of the EXPLAN for the drill • Develop and reproduce 100 copies of the exercise Participant Guides • Develop and reproduce 10 copies of an exercise C/E Manual • Provide assistance in recruiting and coordination volunteer actors. URS /EG &G will not be responsible for transportation or feeding of volunteer actors. • Provide five (5) exercise controllers for a 2 -day period. The controllers will assist with exercise administration and control, and will lead the hot wash debrief session(s) at the conclusion of the exercise. • Provide 45 vests to identify exercise controllers, evaluators, and up to 100 badges to identify exercise participants, evaluators, controllers, and observers • Provide controller and evaluator training • Debrief and record notes from the exercise controllers and evaluators prior to exercise completion • Prepare and submit a draft AAR within 45 days of exercise completion.
