(10) 6' tables with hlflck skirts to be used for Business Expo <br />. (3) 6' tables with black shirts to be used for food/d,'ink <br />. Stage (max size 12'x16') with white skirting and stairs <br />. Podium with attached microphone <br />. P A system <br />. Projector <br />. Stanchions around the event area along with traffic control during the event <br />. 120 VIP Shopper Cards to be distributed to attendees <br />. 120 shopping bags available for Business Expo <br /> <br />It is understood hy both parties that the City of Santa Ana will provide or rent the <br />following items. <br /> <br />. Chairs <br />. Tables to be used for classroom style set-up <br />. Screen <br />. Pipe and drape for back of stage <br />. Audience Riser <br /> <br />It is understood by both parties that Set-up and tear-down guidelines will be as follows: <br /> <br />. Set-up may begin after the mall closes (9pIll) on October 21, 2006 <br />.
