The property, located adjacent <br />to the Santa Ana River fronting on Edna Drive, is to be made available <br />for a period of 25 years at no cost to the City. At the end of 25 <br />years the agrecment may be extended or the pyoperty purchased by the <br />City at fair market value. <br /> <br />If the agreement meets with your approval please present it to <br />the City Council for execution. When executed, please return all <br />copies to this office for presentation to the Board of Supervisors <br />for their approval. When executed by the District a copy will be <br />returned. <br /> <br />Should you desire further information, please contact Mr. R.
