Box 234 <br />San ta Ana 92 702 <br /> <br />Mr. Bruce Spragg, City Manager <br />City Hall, 20 Civic Center Plaza <br />Santa Anat California 92701 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Spragg: <br /> <br />The Board of Recreation and Parks wholeheartedly endorses the pro- <br />posed agreement with the Orange County Flood Control District for <br />the acquisition of a twenty-five year lease for property located <br />adjacent to the Santa Ana River and fronting on Edna Drive. <br /> <br />With the development of this parcel, it will create a small park <br />for use of several thousand people who presently have no facili- <br />ties whatsoever.
