<br />Contract Award for Robot Vehicle System <br />October 16, 2006 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />The City Council adopted Ordinance No. NS-2312 authorizing the City to <br />purchase against contracts with other government agencies utilizing a <br />competitive bid process. Foster-Miller, Inc. was awarded a contract for a <br />TALON Gen. IV robot vehicle system as a result of an open, competitive <br />process, and meets the City's requirements. As a result, staff recommends <br />Council approval of the recommended action. <br /> <br />FISCAL.
