MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />NOVEMBER 4, 1996 <br /> <br />At 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy <br />announced it was the time and place for the Regular Meeting of the Santa Ana City Council, the <br />Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana, and the Adjourned Regular <br />Meeting of the Santa Ana Community Redevelopment Agency. <br /> <br />Seeing only Councilmember Espinoza and no other Council, Authority, or Agency members present <br />in the Chambers, the Clerk declared the meeting of the City Council adjoumed due to lack of quorum, <br />and the meetings of the Housing Authority and Community Redevelopment Agency adjourned to <br />6:00 p.m. on November 18, 1996 in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza. <br /> <br />Following the announcement by the Clerk, Councilmember Moreno arrived in the Chambers. <br />However, since a quorum still was not constituted, at 6:10 p.m. the Clerk posted a Notice of <br />Adjournment of the City Council Meeting due to lack of quorum. <br /> <br />Clerk of the Council <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES 322 NOVEMBER 4, 1996 <br /> <br /> <br />
