Stratus Technologies is the sole <br />proprietor of the Stratus ftServer System and is the only service <br />provider offering the necessary maintenance support to ensure continuous <br />system operation. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />Funds are available in the Fire Department's Information Technology, <br />Other Contractual Services account (account no. 011-324-6291). <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FUNDS AND ACCOUNTS: <br /> <br />dJA'// ~~~ <br />,~Phillip M.
