Place ordinances on first reading wM authorize publication of title. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NS-2308 - An ordinance of the City of Santa Ana rezoning the <br />property in the Midtown Area to the Specific Plan (SP) District and adopting the <br />Midtown Specific Plan for said area - Planning and Building Agency <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NS-2309 - An ordinance of the City of Santa Ana adding Section 41- <br />1310 to the Santa Ana Municipal Code to provide for the establishment of In-Lieu <br />Parking Fee Districts - Planning and Building Agency <br /> <br />3.
