<br />(e) In addition to other remedies provided by this article or by other <br />law, any violation of this article may be remedied by a civil action brought by the <br />City Attorney. <br /> <br />Sec. 18-105. Notice. <br /> <br />Whenever a notice is required to be given under this article, it shall be <br />made as provided in this Code, and addressed to such person to be notified at <br />the authorized address provided in the application for a tobacco retail license <br />pursuant to section 18-93(f)(3) of the Code, or if an authorized address is not <br />supplied, to the business address provided pursuant section 18-93 (f)(2) of the <br />Code. <br /> <br />Section 3. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion <br />of this ordinance is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the <br />decision of any court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the <br />validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance. The City Council of the City <br />of Santa Ana hereby declares that it would have adopted this ordinance and <br />each section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion thereof irrespective <br />of the fact that anyone or more sections, subsections, sentences, clauses, <br />phrases, or portions be declared invalid or unconstitutional. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />,2006 <br /> <br />Miguel A.
