28. Prior to issuance of Certificate of Occupancy, a mirror shall be installed in <br />such a way to allow those backing into the alley from the project's parking <br />garage, to see oncoming traffic from said alley. This mirror may not project <br />into the right-of-way. Should the mirror be required to be installed on an <br />adjacent property, an easement shall be obtained from the owner of said <br />adjacent property. <br />29. Prior to issuance of Certificate of Occupancy, a flashing traffic/warning <br />light shall be installed to alert drivers headed east in the alleyway that a <br />vehicle is emerging from the project's parking garage. Should the flasher <br />be required to be installed on an adjacent property, an easement shall be <br />obtained from the owner of said adjacent property. <br />30. Prior to issuance of Certificate of Occupancy, the building address number <br />shall be posted on the building's fagade, facing Fourth Street, in a <br />minimum of four-inch letters. <br />31.
