<br />Santa Ana Police Department Jail Facility. The Correctional Officers shall have the <br />necessary training required in Penal Code ~ 830.55(c). <br /> <br />7. The CYA agrees to pick up and transpurl these parolees to the California Youth <br />Authority on a weekly basis. <br /> <br />8. The City of Santa Ana and CY A agree to establish written guidelines for: <br /> <br />. Emcrgency medical Treatment <br />. Call-outs; and <br />. Such ulher procedures as identified by the parties <br /> <br />9. Failure of CY A to fulfill their responsibilities on any of these issues as well as failure to <br />pay the housing bills in a timely manner may result in termination of the acceptance of <br />parolee inmates by the Cily of Santa Ana. <br /> <br />10.
