<br />js 1(10109/06) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-076 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE <br />DIRECTOR OF THE PUBLIC WORKS AGENCY TO <br />EXECUTE THE REVISED ADMINISTERING AGENCY- <br />FEDERAL MASTER AGREEMENT NO. 12-5063 WITH THE <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF <br />TRANSPORTATION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby finds, determines <br />and declares as follows: <br /> <br />A. The City has an existing Administering Agency-Federal Master Agreement <br />No. 12-5063 with the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) <br />This agreement provides for the City's reimbursement of federally funded <br />transportation projects. <br /> <br />1. On September 21,2006, Caltrans presented the City with a revised <br />Administering Agency-Federal Master Agreement No. 12-5063. <br /> <br />2. This agreement has been revised to incorporate various changes in <br />regulations and policies. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Council hereby adopts this resolution authorizing the <br />Director of the Public Works Agency to execute the revised administering Agency- <br />Federal Master Agreement No 12-5063 with the State of California Department of <br />Transportation. <br /> <br />Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by <br />the City Council, and the Clerk of the Council shall attest to and certify the vote adopting <br />this Resolution. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 16th day of October, 2006 <br /> <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2006-076 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
