Approximately <br />five percent (5%) of the Project Director's time will be directed toward this project. <br /> <br />. Administrative Support will be provided as follows - <br />Administrative Assistant - 5% <br />Secretary - 5% <br />Data Clerk/Reception ist - 5% <br />Maintenance Worker - 5% <br /> <br />. Program Coordinator/Supervisor/Counselor - Responsibility for day-lo-day project <br />activities will be assigned 10 this 80% FTE staff person; <br /> <br />. Case Manager/Counselor - One 100% FTE <br /> <br />. Counselor/Job Develooer - One 100% FTE <br /> <br />The Program Coordinator for this effort is Ms. Yvonne Elizondo. As <br /> <br />previously mentioned, Ms. Elizondo's qualifications include: <br /> <br />,( An Associate's Degree in a Social services area; <br />y' Two or more years in a youth program; <br />,( One or more years of experience with at-risk youth; <br />y' Two or more years of experience as a youth counselor; <br />,( Bilingual/Bicultural in English and Spanish; and <br />,( Skilled in the use of Microsoft EXCEL and/or other data management program <br /> <br />II.C. FISCAL CAPACITY <br />CHCADA utilizes a highly sophisticated electronic system to capture and <br />report fiscal data, including ensuring accountability and appropriate expenditures <br />and planned costs. Our corporate headquarters in Sacramento oversee <br />adherence to detailed procurement policies a,ld procedures as set forth by its <br />Board of Directors under the direction of our Financial Officer, Ms. Lily Ocano- <br />Bracco. CHCADA has successfully adhered to the WIA-required procedures for <br />invoicing and will continue to do so in the event of contract award. Financial <br />statements have been included as requested. <br /> <br />11.0. SUBCONTRACTING <br />CHCADA does not plan to subcontract under this program. <br /> <br />SUMMARY <br />CHCADA is pleased to submit this proposal to serve the older youth in Santa <br />Ana. We look fOlWard to continuing to provide services under this contract. <br /> <br />33 <br />
