<br />EXHIBIT B <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />SALES AND DEVELOPMENT OF SPONSORSHIP ADVERTISING <br /> <br />Contractor shall use its best efforts to sell sponsorship space and commercial advertising spots on <br />the Scoreboard to meet Contractor's Proposal estimated gross advertising revenues of <br />$100,000.00. Upon execution of this Agreement, Contractor will commence the development of <br />an advertising prospectus (sales brochure) to promote the sales of sponsorship, commercial ad <br />space on the Santa Ana Stadium Scoreboard. Said prospectus shall be ready for the City's <br />review and approval within forty-five (45) days of execution of this Agreement. <br /> <br />Contractor will work with the sponsor to develop and manufacture the logo, and Contractor will <br />install logos for the Scoreboard at the Santa Ana Stadium. The scoreboard will hold up to four <br />(4) such sponsorships at all times. <br /> <br />Contractor shall sell and, in conjunction with the advertiser, develop commercial advertising <br />spots for the electronic scoreboard screen at the Santa Ana Stadium. The scoreboard can <br />accommodate up to two (2) commercial spots per event. Contractor will develop and deliver to <br />the event sponsor, the advertising material in a form which allows the sponsor to run the <br />advertising from the scoreboard control panel. Contractor will provide training to the City, <br />school and local event representatives, as designated by City, to enable those entities to run the <br />scoreboard and advertising during events at the Santa Ana Stadium. <br /> <br />Any proposed Sponsorship or advertising to be located on the Scoreboard shall <br />· Not promote material which the City in its sole discretion determines is offensive to <br />community standards of good taste <br />· Promote alcohol and/or tobacco products <br />· Promote sexual enhancement products or services <br />. Promote drug or pharmaceutical products <br /> <br />The Executive Director of Parks, Recreation and Community Services shall make the final <br />determination on unacceptable advertising. In the event that an advertisement is determined to <br />be unacceptable, Contractor agrees to remove said advertising within twenty-four (24) hours of <br />official notification, which may be made by telephone and confirmed in writing by U.S. mail or <br />facsimile. <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br />
