Participant orientation shall be documented and placed in participant's file. <br /> <br />Contractor will maintain attendance records for ail participants. <br /> <br />Contractor shall, upon request by City or in accordance with schedules <br />and/or procedures stipulated by City staff at the outset of the <br />seminar/training program, transmit to City reports and/or forms containing <br />all appropriate data and any other pertinent information available on each <br />participant and program operations in general. <br /> <br />Contractor will follow and abide by the proposal submitted and approved <br />by the Santa Ana Workforce Investment Board. Any changes to the <br />proposal must be submitted in writing to the CiTY for consideration. <br /> <br /> <br />
