Navaja, noting the absence of all members <br />of the City Council fi.om the adjourned regular meeting scheduled for 5:30 p.m. in the Santiago Park <br />Lawn Bowling Clubhouse, 510 E. GUY, Clerk of the Council <br /> <br />In response to Councilmember Lutz' suggestion that the meeting be postponed to permit the Mayor <br />and Mayor Pro Tem to be in attendance, Councilmember McGuigan, who was chairing the meeting, <br />reported that both had experienced conflicts after the meeting had been scheduled.
