at bay TRISURA <br />VII. Conditions <br />A. INSURED EXTENSIONS <br />Third Party Coverage shall extend to apply as follows: <br />1. Spousal, Domestic Partner, Estates, and Legal Representatives <br />a. In the event of an Insured Person's death, incapacity, or bankruptcy, any Claim made against such <br />Insured Person's estate, heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, and legal representatives shall be <br />considered to be a Claim made against such Insured Person, but only to the extent such Insured <br />Person would otherwise be covered under this Policy; and <br />b. In the event of a Claim made against an Insured Person's lawful spouse or domestic partner, such <br />Claim shall be considered to be a Claim made against such Insured Person, but only for a Wrongful <br />Act actually or allegedly committed by such Insured Person other than such spouse or domestic <br />partner. <br />2. Additional Insureds <br />a. If an Insured Organization is required by written contract to provide coverage for any person or entity <br />under this Policy (hereinafter an "Additional Insured"), then such person or entity shall be considered <br />an "Additional Insured" under this Policy, but only for liability arising out of Wrongful Acts actually or <br />allegedly committed or attempted by or on behalf of an Insured Organization, and not for any liability <br />arising solely out of any act, error, or omission by such "Additional Insured"; provided, however, that <br />coverage afforded to an "Additional Insured" shall only extend to actual or alleged Wrongful Acts <br />committed or attempted after such written contract was executed. <br />B. SUBSIDIARIES <br />1. Coverage for Subsidiaries <br />With respect to any Insured Organization which is a Subsidiary, coverage afforded under this Policy for <br />such Subsidiary, and its Insured Persons, shall only apply to: <br />a. Loss resulting from Cyber Events which occurred after the effective date that such entity became a <br />Subsidiary and prior to the date that such entity ceased to be a Subsidiary; and <br />b. Claims for Wrongful Acts which actually or allegedly occurred after the effective date that such entity <br />became a Subsidiary and prior to the date that such entity ceased to be a Subsidiary. <br />Any entity which ceases to be a Subsidiary during the Policy Period shall be afforded coverage through <br />the expiration date of the current Policy Period but only with respect to Wrongful Acts and Cyber Events <br />which occurred before the date it ceased to be a Subsidiary. <br />AB-TEO-001.1 0412022 Page 32 of 39 <br />
