EXHIBIT A <br />Implementation Terms and Proposed Schedule <br />As specified in the Order Form, implementation work provided by Company is included at <br />no cost to Customer. Company has provided a separate document detailing the <br />implementation plan with estimated project milestones and implementation stages. Below <br />is a high-level overview of the milestones included as part of the implementation. Dates and <br />deadlines provided are estimates; actual timelines may vary as implementation requires <br />coordination with Company and Customer, as well as the availability of Customer staff. <br />Additionally, complications related to existing Customer network infrastructure, software <br />systems, and physical infrastructure may result in changes to the proposed timeline. <br />Company and Customer are responsible for communicating, in writing, any anticipated <br />changes to the proposed timeline. As specified in the Order Form, Customer may choose to <br />o t-in to additional services duringthe Initial Service Term of this A reement <br />Timeline <br />Milestones <br />Details <br />Customer to provide Company with a list and description <br />of facilities included in the scope of the facilities <br />reservations pilot. <br />Company provides professional photography services of <br />Months 1 & 2 <br />Design and Research <br />facilities provided by Customer. <br />Phase <br />Company completes initial hardware scope with <br />coordination from Customer for necessary hardware for <br />successful operation of the facility reservation system. <br />Company and Customer coordinate on specific <br />requirements of each facility. <br />Company provides hardware included in the initial <br />cope. <br />Company and Customer coordinate on hardware setup, <br />testing, and training. <br />Month 3 <br />Initial Build, Testing, <br />Company builds VI online facility reservation system <br />and Training <br />and provides access to sandbox environment to Customer. <br />Customer provides Company with feedback on VI <br />facility reservations system. <br />Company provides training to Customer staff on VI <br />facility reservations system and required hardware. <br />Day 120 <br />Full Launch and <br />Company will commence a full launch and roll -out of <br />Roll -Out <br />the facilities management system. <br />Company will coordinate with Customer on needed <br />changes and iterations for the successful operation of the <br />Months 4 <br />Iterations and <br />system. <br />through 6 <br />Program Registration <br />Company will work with Customer on a program <br />registration and check -in system following a similar <br />timeline to the above. <br />Months 6 <br />Recreation <br />Company will coordinate with Customer on a full-scale <br />hrough l0 <br />Management and POS <br />build -out of the recreation management and POS system, <br />System <br />including testing and training. <br />
