CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />In response to Councilmember Espinoza's query, City Attorney Joseph Fletcher indicated <br />Espinoza did not have a conflict of interest and might vote on the Lunch Program item, <br />notwithstanding the fact that his wife was Santa Ana Unified School District Board Member. <br /> <br />Motion: 1. <br /> <br />Direct the City Attorney to prepare and the Mayor and Clerk of the Council <br />to execute agreements. <br /> <br />SUMMER LUNCH PROGRAM - With the California Department of Education in <br />the amount of $80,370.00 - Recreation and Community Services <br /> AGMT 97-053 <br /> <br />SUMMER LUNCH PROGRAM - With Santa Ana Unified School District in the <br />amount of $1.95 per lunch served for a estimated total of 36,000 lunches - <br />Recreation and Community Services AGMT 97-054 <br /> <br />2.
