MAC ARTHUR <br />FILED BY GRIFFITH COMPANY <br /> <br />Appeal of the Planning Commission's decision to revoke CUP 96-32 for a rock crushing and <br />material storage facility <br /> <br />Recommended for denial by the Planning Commission on September 8, 1997 by a 4:3 with Nalle, <br />Mondo, Hanna voting NO <br /> <br />Legal Notice mailed on September 25, 1997 <br /> <br />The Mayor opened the public hearing regarding Appeal Application 97-02 and Conditional Use <br />Permit 96-32 at 8:21 p.m. <br /> <br />Planning Manager Ken Adams reported that as of this date, the property was substantially in <br />compliance with the conditions stipulated in Conditional Use Permit No. 96-32 and recommended <br />the matter he remanded to the Planning Commission for reconsideration of its decision. <br /> <br />In response to Councilmember McGuigan's concerns, City Attorney Joseph Fletcher clarified staff <br />had the ability to cite and prosecute non-compliance violations but the CLIP could only be <br />revoked by the City Council. <br /> <br />Presentation of written communications by Clerk of the Council Janice C.
