PUBLIC COMMENTS (Continued) <br /> <br />The following persons expressed concerns about code enforcement against outdoor pay telephones <br />and requested the City delay further enforcement efforts until staff has had an opportunity to discuss <br />Code requirements with industry representatives: <br /> <br />Reed Royalty <br />Mike Lyons <br />Alex Durdines <br />Ed Rose <br />John Miles <br /> <br />Dave Lopez briefly reported on his efforts to have businesses remove outdoor pay telephones. <br /> <br />Mayor Pro Tem Richardson cited several locations where telephones had been installed in yards, <br />setbacks, and the public right of way. <br /> <br />Councilmember Lutz reported residents were asking that all outside phones be banned. <br /> <br />Planning and Building Agency Executive Director Robyn Uptegraffindicated she would schedule a <br />meeting to discuss pay phone issues with industry and neighborhood representatives within the next <br />two weeks. <br /> <br />90.B.
