Total number ofunduplicated clients (Santa Ana and Non-Santa Ana Residents) anticipated to be served by <br />the funded program, named above, during the 12-month contract period. <br />6,400PERSONS <br /> <br />II. Number of only unduplicated Santa Ana residents to be served by the funded program, named above, <br />during the l2-month contract period. <br />5,200PERSONS <br /> <br />Program and Funding Description <br />III. Description of Work - In the space below, describe the program to be funded during the 12-month <br />contract period. <br />We will be providing services such as food, clothing, referral sevices,job leads,bus tokens and other needs ofthe client to assist them <br />in becoming more stable We wi! also have workshops to assist clients in such areas as nutrition, energy savings,and financial literacy. <br />.Our goals are also to increase our volunteer base of volunteers in providing the meals and other servicesas well as students interns to <br />assist with this endeavor. <br /> <br />IV. Activities funded by this grant - How will CDBG funds be used for the funded program? Narratively <br />describe the budget for the funded program illustrated in Exhibit B and B-1. <br />The staff person will be available to help clients with many different services that we provide. That person would be able to provide <br />direct assistance or refer client to other appropriate services based upon their needs. We will use the funds to help pay fo rstaff to do <br />outreach work and maintence for our facility. <br />$10,000 will help support this staff person. <br /> <br />Exhibit A <br />Page 1 of2 <br />
