CHAPTER 3 APPEALS 18.A. HEARING OFFICER'S REPORT - PUBLIC NUISANCE - KlM APPEAL - 1915 W. FIRST STREET Motion: 1. Adopt hearing officer's decision, in its entirety, finding that the property owned by Young Kim and Sonja Kim ("Appellants'), located at 1915 West First Street, constitutes a public nuisance. Based upon the finding that the subject property constitutes a public nuisance, Appellants are hereby granted a 90-day period, effective from the date of this finding, in which to obtain a construction permit or a demolition permit to abate the nuisance.
